In the dictionary proactive is defined as "contributing to a situation by causing something to happen rather than responding to it after it has happened."

To us, "proactive" means using communication, mediation skills and professionals to bring about Conflict Resolution BEFORE business or personal relationships deteriorate.

That means call for a communications professional before your teen is in trouble, before a marriage heads for divorce and before a business partnership goes to court. We would love to get a call from the kitchen during a family argument or from an office when partners are involved in a heated business discussion.

Call us when your son or daughter slams the door to their room locking you out.

Call us before you go to Small Claims Court.

Call us when you feel the connection between you and people important to you slipping away.
